About Me
Keri Schwebius is the founder and President of
Ellevate Executive Coaching.
Keri spent 20 years in public relations helping executive teams communicate with stakeholders. During this time her passion was employee communications making her a messenger, translator and advisor for leaders. This inevitably led her to the field of leadership—as a leader herself, then empowering others to become leaders.
Today Keri is a Certified Executive Coach with a Master of Arts in Leadership. She brings a down-to-earth approach to every engagement. Keri has worked with various organizations in the private, public and non-profit sectors. From Oil and Gas and Financial Services to Health Care.

My Personal Ethical Practice Statement
My personal ethics help me make sound decisions in difficult situations. I conduct myself with honesty and integrity. I believe that all people are created equal and deserve to have their basic needs met. I am hardworking and believe in fairness. I am reliable and you can count on me to do what I say I will. I am courageous and don’t back away from difficult situations because they are uncomfortable. I always act in service to my clients. I uphold the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics, including confidentiality which gives my coaching clients a safe place to explore and grow.
